December 13th Breakfast Seminar and Annual General Meeting

The Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) held a breakfast seminar and annual general meeting at the Metropolitain Brasserie on Tuesday, December 13, 2011. The guest speaker was Bill Wong from SAIC Canada, who presented "Innovation in Renewable Technologies and Applications". Workshop on Shale Gas Production / l'Atelier sur la Production de Gaz de Schiste

The OVC hosted a one day workshop on October 19th in Ottawa on the production of shale gas. The workshop had expert speakers from across Canada addressing varied aspects of shale gas production including; technical, environmental, legal and regulatory questions.
